Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
Drug belongs to tsinkorganichesky connections. The mechanism of action is caused by inhibition of process of formation of carboxyhaemoglobin due to decrease in affinity of hemoglobin of blood to carbon oxide and cooperativity of gem. As a result of it, Atsizol's use at poisoning with carbon oxide, improves gas transmission and kislorodsvyazyvayushchy properties of blood, accelerates removal of carbon oxide from an organism.
Increase in affinity of hemoglobin of blood to oxygen and shift of dissociation of oxyhemoglobin allow hemoglobin to be saturated at low values of partial pressure O2 with oxygen more fully that resistance of a human body to the insufficient content of oxygen in air increases. Shift of dissociation of oxyhemoglobin allows the vitals having the low threshold of digestion of oxygen, in particular, to a brain to be in the best conditions concerning bodies and fabrics having high an assimilation threshold to the left.
Drug accelerates process of removal from a carbon oxide organism, reduces weight of intoxication at poisoning with carbon oxide, compensates for the zinc deficiency of an organism.
Atsizol is quickly soaked up in a gastrointestinal tract. Therapeutic concentration in blood is reached on average in 1 hour (at intake) and in 20 minutes at intramuscular introduction. Biotransformation occurs in a liver, is removed through a gastrointestinal tract. An elimination half-life — 1,5 hours.

Atsizol, application instruction (Way and dosage)
Atsizol with the medical purpose, regardless of weight of defeat, it is necessary to apply (to accept) as soon as possible after poisoning. For the adult the maximum daily dose makes 240 mg (4 ampoules of Atsizol).
The drug is administered by in oil 1 ml in a dose directly after the extraction which was injured from the gas-polluted room or a zone of ignition. Repeatedly it is possible to enter Atsizol 1 hour later after the first prick. Further to enter 1 ml 2-3 times a day for 7-10 days.
