Pharmacological action

Anesthetizing and febrifugal.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics


The combined drug, as a part of which two active ingredients — analginum and a Dimedrol. Analginum — the non-narcotic analgesic possessing the expressed analgetic antipyretic action. Inhibits activity of enzyme of cyclooxygenase that attracts delay of a metabolism of arachidonic acid and decrease in level of prostaglandins at the expense of what carrying out a painful impulse is oppressed. Influencing the center of thermal control has febrifugal effect. The Dimedrol possesses antihistaminic action and sedative as gets through a blood-brain barrier. Increases efficiency of analginum at the combined use.


Active components are well absorbed in blood. The peak of their concentration is reached in 1-2 hours. Both are metabolized in a liver. Are removed mainly with urine in the form of metabolites and in an invariable look. An analginum elimination half-life 2-4 hour, a Dimedrol — 1-4 hours. Effect of drug remains 5 hours.

Indications to use

  • febrifugal at inflammatory diseases;
  • tooth and headache;
  • neuralgia;
  • muscular pains;
  • hepatic and renal gripes;
  • stopping of a pain syndrome after injuries and operations.

Analdim, application instruction (Way and dosage)

It is intended for introduction to a rectum. Duration of a course is determined by the doctor. It is not recommended to apply more than 4 days. At a pain syndrome — single use. To adults and teenagers appoint candles Analdy 250 on 1 suppository 1-2 times a day.

To children from 5 to 14 years appoint drug in the same dosage only 1 time a day.

Analdim for children from 1 year to 4 flyings has the smaller content of active ingredients. At this age apply candles Analdim 100. Frequency rate of use of 1 times a day. Therapeutic action after rectal use is observed 1-2 hours later.


Cases are not registered.


Strengthens effects of acetylsalicylic acid, streptocides, alcohol, antimicrobic drugs and anticoagulants of a coumarinic row. Reduces concentration of cyclosporine. Development of a hyperthermia at use with fenotiaziny and Chlorpromazinum is possible.

Phenylbutazone and barbiturates reduce efficiency of drug. Toxicity of drug increases at use with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Allopyrinolum and tricyclic antidepressants. It is impossible to appoint jointly with means which have a promoting effect on the central nervous system (Cavintonum, caffeine, piracetam).
