Pharmacokinetics

Contraindications

Bagomet's dose is defined by the doctor depending on the content of glucose in blood. To take a pill entirely, washing down with water. The maximum dosage — 3000 mg/days. Overdose

At Bagomet's reception in the doses exceeding recommended lactoacidosis which symptoms are decrease in temperature, nausea, pains in epigastriums, vomiting, diarrhea, mialgiya, further — dizziness, increase of breath, a lump is possible.

Interaction

At joint reception of Bagomet with sulfonilmochevina derivatives, insulin, NPVS, Oxytetracyclinum, inhibitors of a monoaminooxidase, an angiotensin-converting enzyme, ß adrenoblockers, cyclophosphamide and derivatives of Clofibratum the risk of strengthening of hypoglycemic effect of drug increases.

At joint reception with glucocorticosteroids, Epinephrinum, sympathomimetics, oral contraceptives, a glucagon, diuretics, drugs of niacin and a fenotiazin decrease in hypoglycemic effect of Bagomet is possible. Drug weakens effect of anticoagulants. Cimetidinum reduces speed Bagomet's removal that increases risk of emergence of lactoacidosis. Alcohol intake against treatment by Bagomet can lead to development of lactoacidosis.
