Contraindications

High sensitivity, to active components of drug, the rhinitis, urticaria provoked by the use of HP, containing acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVP, a renal/liver failure, a gastrointestinal tract canker, a hyperpotassemia, age till 12 flyings (tablet), the lactation period, the III trimester of pregnancy.

Inductors of a microsomal oxidation (ethanol, Phenytoinum, rifampicin, antidepressants tricyclic, barbiturates, phenylbutazone) increase a producing hydroxylated metabolites, thereby increasing risk of development of the expressed hepatotoxic reactions. Brustan strengthens side effect of glucocorticosteroids and mineralokortikosteroid.

Categorically administration of drug together with the drinks containing alcohol is not allowed. Myelotoxic HP strengthen risk of manifestation of a gematotoksichnost of Brustan.

Tsefamandol, valproic acid, tsefoperazon, plikamitsin, tsefotetan increase risk of development of a prothrombinopenia.
