Pharmacodynamics

Klobetazol — a highly active glucocorticosteroid which is applied in dermatology to topical treatment. Has antiinflammatory effect, reduces an itch, a hyperemia and hypostasis in a site of application. The mechanism of action is caused by braking of synthesis of arachidonic acid, prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Reduces formation of interleykin, a factor of a necrosis of a tumor, adhesion molecules. Klobetazol in much smaller concentration has more expressed effect in comparison with other corticosteroids for external use.

Pharmacokinetics

The resorption of active ingredient when drawing on skin has individual differences. Increases at injuries of skin and use of an occlusive bandage. At persons with healthy skin of Cmax in blood it is noted in 13 h after the first use and in 8 h after the second. At patients with Cmax psoriasis in blood it is noted in 3 h after one use.

About Delore

Severe forms of psoriasis, chronic dermatosis and giperkeratotichesky are most often treated by highly active local corticosteroids to which ointment and cream Delor belongs. If there was such need for use of this drug for children, it is necessary to remember that they have a thin skin, and, therefore, and extent of system penetration is more. For these reasons drug it is impossible to appoint long to children as the risk of oppression of adrenal glands increases even if not to use an occlusive bandage.

Ointment Delor (cream) is drug of the choice of treatment of heavy psoriasis, eczemas of brushes and heavy atopic dermatitis which will not respond to treatment other means. It is confirmed by responses of patients. Use of cream within 2 weeks was followed by resistant results of treatment — remission duration increased.

  • "… Ointment strong, I at eczema had an effect in the first two days of treatment. The doctor told not to abuse and in a week to cancel ointment".
  • "… I suffer from a chronic allergodermatoz and at an aggravation I apply this cream. The effect comes quickly, then I pass to weaker hormonal ointments".
  • "… I have a psoriasis, on the head of a plaque smear with Delor cream, helps, but effect for a while".

Drug at the correct controlled use is safe. Only some patients noted the minimum complications which are shown burning and an itch. System side effects met extremely seldom and only in case of use on the extensive square and is long. As a rule, it were cases of uncontrolled self-treatment which led to increase of arterial pressure.
