Structure

The tablet contains 20 mg of Bendazolum (on MNN) and auxiliary components (the tablet for children contains only 4 mg of active agent).

1 ml of solution contains 5/10 mg of Bendazolum.

Release form

Tablets are packed into bezjyacheykovy planimetric packaging on 10 pieces. Similar packaging at the tablets applied in pediatric practice.

Pharmacological action

Active component renders spasmolytic, myotropic, vasodilating and short hypotonic actions. Active ingredient exerts impact on smooth muscles of vessels of internals, influences venules and arterioles. Medicine is capable to reduce a tone of blood vessels, reducing a blood pressure and strengthening inflow of blood to those sites of a myocardium which suffer from ischemia and a hypoxia that is observed at an ischemic heart disease.

Bendazolum is capable to stimulate synoptic interneural transfer in a spinal cord that allows to apply a medicine in neurologic practice. Active component also exerts immunomodulatory impact since it is similar to Levamisole which belongs to group of the medicines stimulating immune processes. The immunopromoting effect of drug is explained by ability of Bendazolum to strengthen development of an endogenous form of interferon.
