Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics


The vasoprotective (kapillyaro-and a venoprotektor) influencing an endothelium of vessels and normalizing metabolic processes in it. Under its action vascular permeability is normalized, microcirculation improves, stability of capillaries increases, aggregation of thrombocytes and viscosity of blood decreases, the edematous syndrome and hemorrhagic decreases. The effect of drug is connected with increase in activity of kinin in plasma.


It is slowly adsorbed from a gastrointestinal tract. The maximum concentration is defined by 5-6 h in blood, 20-25% of substance contact proteins of plasma. It is removed by kidneys and intestines within a day.
