Structure

In 1 tablet of glycine, L-glutaminic acid and L-cystine on 70 mg. Metotsel and magnesium stearate as excipients.

Release form

Tablets sublingual 220 mg No. 30.

Normalizes a metabolism in cells of a myocardium and brain, reduces a hypoxia.

Pharmacodynamics

The drug containing amino acids (glycine, L-glutaminic acid, L-cystine) which normalize a metabolism of a myocardium and reduce a hypoxia.

Glycine — the active regulator of a metabolism, stimulates mental capacity and psychoemotional tension oppresses. It is applied also to decrease in the raised muscle tone.

Glutaminic acid stimulates oxidation-reduction processes, improving a metabolism in endocrine and nervous systems. Reduces stressful reaction at a hypoxia. Stimulates mental capacities and memory. Shows gepatoprotektorny action.

Cystine activates a metabolism and an angenesis. Promotes removal of toxins. Is strong antioxidant.

Action of the making components is summed up and amplifies, in general drug has antioxidant and antigipoksantny effect, stimulates work of a myocardium and increases its sokratitelny ability, improves function of vegeto-vascular system, increases portability of exercise stresses. Influencing the psychoemotional sphere, improves mood, eliminates aggression and normalizes a dream. Promotes social adaptation of children and increases at them intellectual working capacity.

Indications to use

As a part of complex therapy it is applied at:

• chronic heart failure;
• physical and intellectual exhaustion (at adults and children);
• disturbances of vegetative system;

• hyperexcitability, sleep disorder, emotional instability;
• ischemic stroke;

Eltatsin, application instruction (Way and dosage)

Accept on 1 tablet 3 times a day under language it is not dependent on meal. The tablet can be chewed or crushed, however all the same to keep under language. Duration of treatment is 3 - 4 weeks with carrying out repeated courses.

Chronic heart failure — 1 tablet three times a day 3 months.

Disturbances of vegetative system at children — the same frequency rate and duration of reception.

Prevention of intellectual exhaustion — 1 tablet twice, 3 weeks.

In all other cases the dosage and duration of a course of reception is defined by the doctor.

Overdose

Cases of overdose are not known.

Interaction
