Structure

Contains in one tablet active agent (fenotropil) — 100 mg; excipients: potato starch — 46,48 mg; monohydrate of lactose (sugar milk) — 51,52 mg; calcium stearate — 2 mg.

Release form

Tablets by sight flat and cylindrical form, cream, white or yellowish shade. Packagings on 30 and 10 pieces.

Pharmacological action

What is Fenotropil (MNN — Phenotropil)? It nootrop, possessing pronounced anti-anamnestic action. Drug improves memory and process of training. Increases ability to concentrate and remember. Reduces toxic effect of some drugs, and somnolent effect of ethanol and hexobarbital. Improves mood, reduces a threshold of painful sensitivity. Increases physical effeciency.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Getting into a gastrointestinal tract, it is soaked up quickly and well. The maximum possible concentration in a blood plasma can be observed in 1 hour, is removed in 3-5 hours in an invariable view with urine (40%), bile and then (60%). In an organism it is not metabolized.

Contraindications
