Fluksen, application instruction (Way and dosage)

The initial dose of Fluksen at a depression makes 20 mg/days. To take for 1 reception in the first half of day. In 4 weeks if necessary the dosage is increased by 20 mg a day. Duration of treatment is 2 — 3 months. The maximum daily dose of drug — 80 mg. For elderly patients the dose should not exceed 60 mg a day.

Overdose

It is shown by nausea, spasms, vomiting, dysfunction of cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Interaction

Drug is incompatible with MAO, furasolidone, Procarbazinum, other antidepressants, HP containing a St. John's Wort.

At a concomitant use of drug with the HP having high communication with proteins of plasma (anticoagulants peroral, cardiac glycosides, hypoglycemic means) increases risk of development of complications. It is incompatible with ethanol.

The risk of bleedings against a concomitant use with warfarin increases. Reception with drugs of lithium increases risk of development of toxic effects or decrease in concentration of lithium.
