Pharmacodynamics
Antioxidant and gepatoprotektivny action the entering components provide phospholipids, Silymarinum, extracts of an artichoke, a turmeric and an immortelle. Action of these components is confirmed with researches.
The enriched phospholipids are connected by free radicals and turn them into non-toxic connections. The outside cover of hepatocytes contains phospholipids. At toxic damages or an inflammation processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids join, at the same time integrity of a membrane is broken and phospholipids from liver cells are lost, the intracellular metabolism is broken that brings in a result to fatty regeneration of a cell and even cirrhosis.
Lecithin of soy interrupts process of peroxide oxidation, prevents destruction of cells and loss of phospholipids by them. Process of cell regeneration happens due to stimulation of protein synthesis and normalization of energy balance of hepatocytes. As a result of treatment forming of fibrosis is slowed down. Phospholipids reduce cholesterol in blood and, connecting it with bile acids, promote removal.
Thistle extract (the main flavonoid Silymarinum) — the known gepatoprotektorny means, reduces an inflammation, connects free radicals, exerts positive impact on reparative processes in a liver, activating protein synthesis, recovers a cellular membrane, promotes improvement of detoksikatsionny function of a liver. At its reception the itch and weight in right hypochondrium disappears, are normalized biochemical analysis of blood.
Extract of an artichoke has cholagogue effect, interferes with the increased gas generation, and due to diuretic action removes exogenous toxins.
Extract of a turmeric possesses antioxidant, immunomodulatory properties. Stimulates digestion, eliminates feeling of weight after meal, suppresses thirst for sweet food.
Extract of an immortelle stimulates production of bile and raises a tone of a gall bladder therefore bile outflow is normalized.
Gepatomaks forte contains only 3 components: phospholipids (in the same quantity), extract of seeds of a thistle (in quantity twice bigger) and alpha lipoic acid which improves an intra hepatic blood stream and has disintoxication effect.
