Rolled into one lyophilisate contains acid peptidoglikan in number of 100 or 200 units. Sodium chloride acts as an auxiliary component.

Pharmacological action

Treats group of immunomodulators, strengthens a host defense of an organism from bacterial, viral infections.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Drug suppresses expressiveness of the infections caused by a virus of papilloma of the person, a parvovirus, a herpes simplex virus, a plague virus, etc.

The HP reduces activity of bacteria: salmonella, colibacillus, chlamydias, staphylococcus, ureaplasma, mycoplasma, etc. Drug has the peptidoglikanovy nature.

Immunomax. activates several links of immune system of protection at once:

  • NK cells. At impact of drug on them in 3 hours the expression of molecules of activation of CD69 amplifies, at the same time cytolytic activity of these cells amplifies by 3 times.
  • In 4 hours after intake of drug the circulating monocytes begin to cosecrete cytokines strenuously: factor of a necrosis of a tumor (alpha), interleykin-1 beta, interleykin-8.
  • Activation of neutrocytes is carried out thanks to action of monocytes, at the same time Immunomax. does not make direct impact on neutrocytes. Monocytes cosecrete interleykin-8 which activates neutrocytes (the effect is noted in a day after receipt of HP).
  • Fabric macrophages strengthen products of bactericidal substances, antibody formation in fight against alien agents.

Indications to use

Correction of the weakened host defense, treatment of the various morbid conditions (a dysplasia, a condyloma, a wart, etc.) caused by viruses, bacteria.

Drug is effective at the reduced immunity caused by oncological diseases, bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis.

Immunomax., application instruction (Way and dosage)

Contents of a bottle need to be dissolved in 1 ml of the distilled water for injections.

To adult HP appoint 1 time a day 100 PIECES intramusculary. The course of treatment includes 6 injections: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 days.

At the recurrent course of anogenitalny warts the dose of drug is increased to 200 PIECES, at the same time carry out destruction of warts (electrocoagulation, solkoderm, a cryolysis, laser destruction).

According to the application instruction of Immunomaks, at the weakened immunity: a course of 3-6 injections (to 200 PIECES).


Cases of overdose by Immunomaks are unknown.
