Release form

Infezol is a solution for carrying out infusions which represents the transparent, almost colourless or having a yellowish shade liquid possessing a characteristic smell.

  • Infezol 40 is issued in bottles from glass, of 100ǀ250ǀ500 ml. In one cardboard box of 10 flakonchik.
  • Infezol 100 is issued in bottles from glass of 250ǀ500 ml. In one cardboard packaging there are 10 flakonchik.

Pharmacological action

Completion of deficit of amino acids, carbohydrates, electrolytes, and also substrate providing for synthesis of protein, formation of energy, normalization of indicators of an acid-base ratio in blood (KShchS).

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Solution for infusions Infezol includes the electrolytes and amino acids which are metabolic analogs of physiological substances.

Amino acids are a construction component of protein synthesis.

Xylitol thanks to a high energy potential when splitting on metabolites, is necessary for a gluconeogenesis and glycolysis.

Thanks to intravenous administration Infezol's bioavailability of 100%. The metabolism of the amino acids entering drug occurs by means of deamination of an alpha amino group to urea, removal through kidneys.

Indications to use

Infezol appoint:

  • as parenteral food;
  • for completion of volume of liquid;
  • in case of temporary lack of a possibility of peroral food — after operational actions on a gullet, a stomach and other;
  • for prevention and as therapy of proteinaceous deficit of various origin: at operations, blood losses, burns.

Contraindications

  • hypersensitivity to components of infusion solution;
  • instability of the blood circulatory system, in the presence of threat for life, for example, shock;
  • deficit of providing cells with oxygen;
  • severe damages of a liver;
  • renal and heart failure;
  • hyponatremia;
  • overhydratation;
  • bronchial asthma (in connection with contained in sodium solution disulphite);
  • hyperpotassemia;
  • different types of disturbances of an exchange of amino acids.

Side effects

Emergence is possible:

  • allergic reactions in the form of the small tortoiseshell and anaphylactic manifestations;
  • at the raised rate of administering development of the hyperpotassemia which is followed by nausea, vomiting, a fever, perspiration and tachycardia.

Application instruction of Infezol (Way and dosage)

Solution should be entered intravenously slowly.

Infezol's use 40 assumes calculation of a dosage:

  • for adult patients of 0,6-1 grams of amino acids on kilogram of weight in 1 days (about 25 ml of solution Infezol);
  • to children, including babies 1,5-2,5 grams of amino acids (about 60 ml) on kilogram of weight in 1 days;
  • in cases of a catabolic state 1,3-2 grams of amino acids on kilogram of weight a day (about 50 ml).

In the instruction on Infezol 100 the most admissible speed of carrying out infusion — 1 ml is specified kilogram of weight in 1 days (answers 0,1 gram of amino acids) an hour, and the maximum dose recommended for adult patients — is no more than 2 grams of amino acids on kilogram of weight in 1 days.

Overdose

Overdose by this means of parenteral food can lead to standard amino-acid intoxication, and also overhydratation and to cause disturbances of electrolytic balance.

To stop intoxication amino acids urgently reduce rate of administering of infusion solution, up to complete cessation of infusion and purpose of the drugs capable to korrigirovat balance of electrolytes. Besides, in cases of heavy overdose apply osmotic diuresis, at threat of life of the patient — carry out a hemodialysis.

Interaction

  • Joint administration of solution Infezol can inactivate B1 vitamin (thiamin) thanks to the disodium sulfite which is available in structure.
  • Mixing of solution with other HP as there are risks of microbic pollution, and also incompatibility of drugs is undesirable.

Special instructions

Therapy by Infezol has to be followed by control of a water balance (the general the V entered liquid has to be within 40 ml on one kg a day), ionogramma, concentration of glucose of blood, clinical indicators of KShchS. It is necessary to observe big care in case of the increased osmolarity of serum.
