Structure

Sodium Norsulfazolum, Streptocidum solubile, alcohol, methyl-isopropyl phenol, glycerin, peppermint oil, oil eucalyptus, sugar, the twin-80, the purified water.

Release form

Spray for inhalations (the transparent liquid of light yellow color having a specific smell) in aluminum cylinders with a protective cap the sprayer of 30 g in cardboard packaging.

Antiinflammatory, antibacterial, distracting, cooling.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Pharmacodynamics

Drug renders the antiinflammatory, antibacterial, distracting and cooling action.
The antibacterial effect is caused by sulfanamide group of actively active ingredients which break forming process by microorganisms of the conditions necessary for their development.

Streptocides are close on chemical composition to paraaminobenzoic acid and microorganisms take them instead of paraaminobenzoic acid, breaking thereby exchange processes in cells. Streptocides are active rather a number of the bacteria causing various diseases of an oral cavity.

Peppermint oil, methyl-isopropyl phenol and eucalyptus oil provide antimicrobic, antifungal. antiinflammatory and insignificant analgesic effect of drug.

Pharmacological properties of drug allow to use Ingalipt-N in complex pathogenetic treatment of inflammatory diseases of a mucous oral cavity and upper respiratory tracts.

Pharmacokinetics

Drug is used for topical treatment in the form of inhalations and creates therapeutic concentration in the inflammation center. Receipt in a system blood stream of streptocides insignificant where they contact blood proteins. Drug in a liver with formation of acetylized forms of streptocides who are brought with urine is metabolized.

The elimination half-life of Norsulfazolum of sodium makes about 1.5 hours, soluble Streptocidum — 10 hours.

Indications to use

In therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of a mouth and ENT organs as a local remedy (stomatitises, tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis).

Contraindications

High sensitivity to drug, heavy toxic and allergic reactions to streptocides, existence in the anamnesis, age till three years, the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Side effects

Local and general allergic reactions, feeling of an indisposition, nausea, vomiting, burning in a mouth, irritation in a throat, a headache, diarrhea.

Application instruction Inhalyptum of N (Way and dosage)

Inhalyptum of N is applied in the form of inhalations by an irrigation of mucous membranes of a mouth and a nasopharynx.

Procedure is carried out by 3-4 times a day to adult patients and 1-2 times to children after three years. Duration of use of drug of 3-10 days, but can vary depending on a condition of the patient and a type of a disease. Before procedure of an irrigation it is necessary to rinse an oral cavity boiled water and to remove a necrotic plaque with a sterile napkin, and it is necessary to hold medicine after procedure in a mouth five-six minutes.

The instruction on Inhalyptum of N to children indicates the need to observe precaution at its use to children after 3 flyings in connection with high risk of development of a reflex bronchospasm under the influence of essential oils of a peppermint and an eucalyptus. Not to assume that spray got into eyes. After an oral cavity irrigation within 15-30 minutes to abstain from meal.

Overdose

Overdose of the drug Inhalyptum of N is more often shown by local allergic reactions in places of an irrigation in the form of an itch and hypostasis mucous, an enanthesis.

Interaction

At simultaneous use with the drugs PABK used for anesthesia there is a risk of decrease in antimicrobic effect of drug owing to easing of antibacterial activity of streptocides.
