At such speed of people will experience strain on the svyazachno-joint device considerably smaller, than when driving in high gear. Hippotherapy involves practically all groups of muscles. All this promotes to strengthening of muscles of a back.

Riding is applied in treatment of a number of diseases. From them it should be noted: osteochondrosis, paralysis of extremities, lack of coordination of movements, disturbance of a bearing, bronchial asthma, colitis, ischemic heart disease, multiple sclerosis, depression, autism, and also gynecologic diseases.

But it is necessary to remember that any method has also contraindications. So, people should refuse hippotherapy with a malignant current of an idiopathic hypertensia, having acute thrombophlebitis, hernias of disks, a trophic ulcer, backbone diseases, and also at a postinsultny or postinfarction state.
