Pharmacodynamics

Drug supports the dried-up mass of live lactobacilli who produce lactic acid and possess activity concerning pathogenic bacteriums (staphylococcus, enteropathogenic colibacillus, proteas). Normalize activity of a gastrointestinal tract, promote immunity recovery, improve exchange processes. At vaginal use metabolize a vagina epithelium glycogen to lactic acid which high concentration perniciously affects pathogenic flora. Increase resistance of an organism.

Indications to use

•  gastrointestinal tract dysbacteriosis;
• salmonellosis and dysentery;
• functional diarrhea;
• intestines dysfunction at newborns (also at premature);
• noninfectious enterita and colitis;
• chronic colitis;
• diseases of an oral cavity and the ENT SPECIALIST - bodies;
• atopic dermatitis.

Candles in gynecology:

• vaginal disbioza;
• inflammatory diseases (salpingitis, gonorrhea, clamidiosis, hormonedependent colpitises, urogenital herpes);
• preparation for gynecologic operations;
• prenatal training of pregnant women.

Contraindications

• candidiasis and vulvovaginal candidiasis;
• hypersensitivity;

Application instruction of Laktobakterin (Way and dosage)

Candles Laktobakterin, application instruction

At inflammatory diseases, disturbances of purity of a secret at pregnant women vaginal candles Laktobakterin apply on 1 candle 2 times a day. Treatment is carried out to disappearance of symptoms and recovery of purity to the I-II degree, on average to 10 days.

For the prevention it is purulent - septic complications (before gynecologic operation or delivery) appoint on 1 candle within 5 days once a day. Recovery treatment after use of antibiotics consists in use of 1 candle 1–2 times a day till 10 days. The general duration of treatment can make 3 bucketed months 20 days.

Use of candles is combined with antiviral, antibacterial and immunomodulatory drugs. However, it is impossible to apply at the same time with local antibacterial drugs.

Laktobakterin dry, application instruction

This form of drug is issued in ampoules or bottles. It is necessary to pay attention that the ampoule can contain 3, 5 or 10 doses. Drug gets divorced boiled water just before the use and is accepted inside before food in 30 minutes.

About 5 doses 2-3 times a day are recommended to adults and children since 12. The maximum SD – 15 doses.

Duration of a course of treatment depends on a disease:

• at dysbacterioses — 3-4 weeks;
• nonspecific ulcer colitis — till 2 months;
• at the chronic course of dysentery, reconvalescence after OKA 4-6 weeks.

The prepared suspension it is possible to rinse an oral cavity, to use a type of medical microclysters or to irrigate a mucous membrane of a genital tract. At intravaginalny use the tampon is impregnated with drug (5 doses) which is dissolved in 10 ml of water, the tampon is entered into a vagina for 3 hours.

By training pregnant women before childbirth — 5 doses once a day within 7 days.

At inflammatory diseases — intravaginalno 2 times a day, 10 days, since 12 in the afternoon a menstrual cycle.

The instruction for newborns

For newborns it is more reasonable to choose drug with the minimum quantity of doses in an ampoule or a bottle. Babies can give before feeding and to part with breast milk.

Doses are recommended:

• since the birth to 6 months — on 3 doses pass 2 times;
• from 6 months — on 3 doses pass 2 times;
• from 1 to 3 years — on 5 doses 2 times a day;
• from 3 to 6 flyings — on 5 doses 2-3 times.

Overdose

It is not registered.

Interaction

Let's combine with bifidumbacterium and to Normaza. Has a high antibiotikoustoychivost therefore use is allowed during reception of antibiotics. However, decrease in efficiency of drug is noted. At simultaneous use with vitamins (Vit group. C) action amplifies.

Laktobakterin for newborns

This drug is often recommended to newborns with the preventive purpose. Its use allows to occupy quicker intestines useful microflora. Still reception and bifidobacteria is in that case desirable. In normal indestinal flora bifidobacteria considerably prevail, however lactobacilli more emit lactic acid which constrains reproduction of pathogenic flora.

In case of a disbioz (dominance of opportunistic and pathogenic flora in intestines) the kid has a frustration of a chair, intestines swelling, frequent vomiting, an eructation air. Often symptoms of dyspepsia meet at artificial feeding. Laktobakterin helps to recover function of digestion and intestinal microflora, prevents the increased gas generation and gripes.

The instruction for newborns

For dry Laktobakterin's newborns part with boiled water: 1 ml on 1 dose. If in an ampoule or a bottle of 5 doses, then 5 ml of water respectively are required. Syringes can measure it. It is good to shake up the received suspension and the same syringe to measure the necessary quantity of doses. It is possible to part with breast milk or mix and to give from a spoon, from the same bottle, having put on it a pacifier.

The dosing mode on age is described above. The pediatrician depending on displays of a disease can change a dose. Ready solution cannot be stored. The feeding mother can use the remains — it will bring her only benefit. Treatment duration also depends on expressiveness of symptoms. If with the preventive purpose reception within 2 weeks suffices, then at disbioza — till 1 month. If in 2 weeks of improvements retest a calla is not observed, appointed and treatment changes. Repeated courses in 3 weeks are possible, but give 3 doses of times a day.

About drug versatile: drug helped some, some did not notice improvements and note by-effects.
