Structure

Each capsule contains lecithin (300 mg of phosphatidylsincaline), thiamin mononitrate, nikotinamid, cyanocobalamine, tocopherol acetate, Riboflavinum, a pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Additional components: vegetable anhydrous oil, soy oil, white wax.

Structure of a capsular cover: iron oxide (yellow, red, black), glycerin, gelatin, titanium dioxide and the purified water.

Release form

Livolin Forte is issued in a capsular look. Soft capsules from gelatin of brown color (correspond to the size No. 2) contain dark yellow pasty weight. Capsules are packed into blisters from aluminum on 10 pieces. The pack from a cardboard contains the instruction from the producer, 1 or 3 blisters.

Pharmacological action

Gepatoprotektor. "Essential" phospholipids which main components are act as active components:

• phosphatidylsincaline;
• fatty polysaturated acids (linolenic, linoleic and olein).

The medicine contains phosphatidylsincaline in the form of high cleaning fraction which is received by allocation from soybeans. The fraction is rich with fatty polysaturated acids thanks to what in a duodenum the most part of medicine remains, without being affected by A2 phospholipase. A significant amount of "essential" phospholipids is built in subcellular and cellular membranes after receipt in blood.

Medicine improves a functional condition of hepatic system, exerts positive impact on regulation of a lipidic and carbohydrate metabolism, interferes with forming and distribution of connecting fabric in a liver, promotes recovery and preservation of structure of hepatocytes, improves detoksikatsionny function.

Additional components of a medicine are vitamins of group B and vitamin E.

• B1 vitamin acts as a coenzyme in processes of carbohydrate metabolism.
• B2 vitamin is the catalyst of cellular respiration.
• B6 vitamin participates in a proteinaceous metabolism and an exchange of amino acids as a coenzyme.
• B12 vitamin is necessary for synthesizing of nucleotides (together with folic acid).
• RR vitamin takes part in carbohydrate, a lipometabolism and in processes of tissue respiration.
• Vitamin E protects fatty unsaturated acids from lipidic peroxide oxidation in membranes. Is antioxidant.

Indications to use

Livolin Forte is one of components of complex treatment of the following diseases and states:

• hepatitis of toxic genesis;
• fatty dystrophy of a liver against chronic infectious processes, a diabetes mellitus;
• hepatic cirrhosis;
• hepatitis in an acute stage;
• toxicosis of pregnant women;
• chronic hepatitis;
• psoriasis;
• intoxications;
• radial illness;
• disturbances in work of hepatic system against somatic pathology.

Contraindications

• individual hypersensitivity.

Livolin Forte, application instruction (Way and dosage)

Capsules Livolin accept 2-3 times a day 1-2 pieces. The minimum course of treatment — 3 months.

The decision on carrying out a repeated course of therapy is made by the attending physician, relying on results of the first stage, portability and efficiency. Preferable time of reception of capsules — to food. The producer recommends to wash down capsules with water.

Overdose

Cases of overdose are not described by the producer.

Coloring of urine in amber-bright yellow color is possible that is caused by removal of products of a metabolism of Riboflavinum – one of active components of medicine.

If in the anamnesis the patient has a mentioning of a nefrourolitiaza, then research on definition of a daily allowance removal of Sa2 + is conducted at an urination.
