Structure

Tablets Lizak contain 2 active components: chloride a dekvaliniya and a hydrochloride of a lysozyme in a dosage of 0.25 mg and 10 mg respectively.

Additional components: povidone, monohydrate of lactose, flavoring additives, Mg stearate.

Release form

The medicine is issued in the tableted look. Tablets are intended for a rassasyvaniye. 3 flavoring look are made: cocoa, mint anise, orange.

• Tablets with taste of cocoa: a flat form of gray/brown color with single impregnations, in the middle dividing risk.
• Tablets with taste of mint and an anise: a flat form of white color with risky in the middle.
• Tablets with taste of orange: a flat form of pink/orange color with dividing risky in the middle.

Tablets are packed into plates on 6 or 10 pieces. In a pack from a cardboard there are 1-2 plates with the instruction.

Pharmacological action

Drug for topical administration with combined effect:

• antibacterial;
• antiseptic;
• fungicidal.

Two active components strengthen, supplement, exponentiate actions of each other. Therapeutic effects and the mechanism of influence are caused by pharmacological properties of the operating components: lysozyme and dekvaliniya.

Chloride a dekvaliniya is a local antiseptic agent which shows activity concerning gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, of mushrooms (including activity is registered also concerning the sort Candida). The principle of influence is based on ability of the operating component to denature enzymes of bacteria and squirrels, to destroy a protective cellular cover of microorganisms, to break proteinaceous synthesis.

The lysozyme on the chemical structure belongs to group of mucopolysaccharides. Active ingredient possesses pronounced antifungal, antiviral activity, harmful influences gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Effects are characteristic of active component antiinflammatory and immunomodulatory.

Both active ingredients of a medicine are not absorbed and do not get to a blood stream, than and lack of system influence speaks.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The lysozyme and chloride a dekvaliniya do not get to a blood channel, influencing only locally.

Indications, use Lizak

The medicine is actively applied in stomatologic practice to treatment of group of the patients having various diseases of an oral cavity of inflammatory genesis (an inflammation source – microorganisms, sensitive to a medicine):

• ulitis (fibrous, catarral, ulcer);
• candidosis defeat;
• aphthous form of stomatitis.

Medicine can be appointed as a part of complex therapy at the following pathology:

• laryngitis;
• pharyngitis;
• glossitis;
• tonsillitis.

After operative measures and low-invasive manipulations Lizak appoint for the prevention of development of infectious diseases.

Contraindications

• malabsorption of a glyukozo-galactose;
• lactose intolerance;
• galactosemia;
• individual hypersensitivity to a dekvaliniya or to a lysozyme;
• restriction in pediatrics – to 4-year age.

Side effects

Predisposed persons note various allergic answers:

• small tortoiseshell;
• itch;
• skin rashes.

Drug is well transferred, negative reactions seldom are registered from a digestive tract:

• nausea;
• the expressed dryness of a mucous oral cavity;

Lizak, application instruction (Way and dosage)

Tablets cannot be broken, chewed and swallowed entirely, they are intended only for a rassasyvaniye in an oral cavity. The producer recommends to hold a tablet in a mouth before its full dissolution. Between meal and use of medicine the obligatory minimum time interval 30 minutes has to be maintained. The attending physician chooses the individual scheme of reception of a medicine for each patient.

The adult usually appoint on 1 tablet each 2-3 hours. The scheme of treatment changes after improvement of overall health of the patient: on 1 tablet each 4 hours. In days it is possible to apply no more than 10 tablets.

Lizak for children of 4 years is appointed according to the scheme: on 1 tablet with a break at 3 o'clock and more. Further the scheme is changed after improvement of health: the interval is increased till 4 o'clock. Children can appoint no more than 5 tablets a day.

After disappearance of the main symptoms Lizak is recommended to apply 2 more days tablets to the prevention of recurrence. In the absence of effect within 7 days of an intensive care it is recommended to see a doctor for additional inspection and definition of further tactics of treatment.

Overdose

Cases of overdose are not registered by the producer and not described. Active components do not get to a system blood stream that practically excludes a possibility of poisoning.

Interaction

It is recommended to be careful at simultaneous treatment by other medicines which make local impact in an oral cavity. Crushing necrotic defeats of mucous walls of a digestive tract at appointment Kayeksalat and drug Lizak are registered. One of components — chloride the dekvaliniya — loses the antimicrobic activity at contact with anionic detergents (for example – toothpaste).

Lizak can buy in pharmaceutical point. The form recipe is not required.

Storage conditions

Tablets for a rassasyvaniye have to be stored in original packaging from the producer in the dry place with observance of temperature condition – up to 25 degrees.

Period of validity

Efficiency of a medicine remains at observance of rules of storage within 2 years.

Lizak at pregnancy and a lactation
