Pharmacological action

Protivogelmintny drug. It is effective at a trichuriasis, an enterobiosis.

The principle of action is based on irreversible disturbance of process of utilization of glucose that conducts to exhaustion of glikogenovy stocks in a body of a parasite, slows down synthesizing of a cellular tubulin, slows down ATP synthesizing process.

Indications to use

Mebendazolum is appointed at an ankilostomidoza, an ascaridosis, an enterobiosis, a trichuriasis, a strongyloidosis, the mixed helminthoses, gnastomoza, kapillyarioza, an alveococcosis, multiple nematodes, echinococcosis, a teniosis, a trichinosis.


Mebendazolum is not appointed at an illness Krone, chest feeding, intolerance of components, nonspecific ulcer colitis, in pediatrics till two years, liver pathology.

Side effects
