Doctors consider as the most effective treatment of the above-stated symptoms replacement hormonal therapy, using estrogen which shortage leads to certain changes in an organism. Such drugs are issued in the form of plasters, candles, tablets, ointments. Also during a menopause it is recommended to consume necessary amount of liquid, to refuse smoking, to carry out physical exercises, to exclude alcohol and hot dishes. Some nutritionists even recommend to women of such age to use smaller amount of meat.
