Structure

100 ml of solution contain 1 g of a bifonazol. Additional components: isopropyl myristate and ethanol of 96%.

100 g of cream contain 1 g of a bifonazol. Additional components: stearyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, benzyl alcohol, the purified water, cetyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, polysorbate, octyllauryl alcohol.

Release form

Antifungal means is issued in the form of solution in bottles and cream in tubas. Bottles of 15 ml are equipped with a special dropper and packed into cardboard packs. Aluminum tubas are equipped with the screw-on cover and packed into packs from a cardboard.

Pharmacological action

Bifonazol is the main component and belongs to an imidazolovy row. Active ingredient possesses antifungal activity. The fungistatic effect is observed at impact on epidermophitias, trichophytosis and microsporias; fungistatic activity is observed at contact with mouldy and barmy fungi. Cream Mikospor is capable to influence korinebakteriya and some gram-positive cocci perniciously. Feature of active component is the fact that to it secondary stability does not form.

The mechanism of anti-mycotic influence is based on suppression of biological synthesis of enzyme of ergosterol on two possible ways at once that allows to destroy a fungal cell at the structural and functional levels.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Active agent with ease gets into the epidermis layers affected with a fungal infection. In a corneous layer concentration of a bifonazol in 6 hours reaches an indicator of 1000 mkg/cm3, pernicious for a fungus.

The medicine is slightly absorbed when drawing on healthy sites, does not cause system answers. Absorption amplifies when putting solution on the inflamed fabrics. Active agent is capable to get through a placental barrier that is confirmed in experiences on rats.

Indications to use

Ointment Mikospor and solution is appointed at diseases of the integuments caused by mold fungi, dermatophytes, korinebakteriya, drozhzhepodobny fungi:

  • skin candidiasis (superficial form);
  • dermatofitiya of an inguinal zone;
  • mycosis of hands;
  • chromophytosis;
  • interdigital dermatofitiya;

Contraindications

During pregnancy incubation drug is not appointed. Medicine is contraindicated at individual hypersensitivity to a bifonazol. In pediatric practice the medicine is not applied.

Side effects

There can be peripheral hypostases, morbidity, allergic answers, burning, eczematic changes, blisters, an itch, dermatitis, maceration in the field of putting cream and solution. After completion of antifungal therapy side reactions disappear.

The instruction on Mikospor (A way and a dosage)

The scheme and duration of antifungal therapy are defined by the treating doctor. Cream is applied on the struck areas of 1 times a day, rubbing the accurate, easy movements. It is better to carry out procedures before going to bed. Continuous treatment allows to achieve the best results.

At a superficial form of candidiasis the instruction on ointment recommends to carry out treatment within 2-4 weeks. At an erythrasma and a chromophytosis – 2 weeks; at mycotic defeats – 2-3 weeks.

Three drops of solution (or a cream 1 cm long column) happen enough for processing of 1% of the area of a body (corresponds to the palm size).
