Structure

1 ml of nasal drops and spray contains 10,8 mg of sea salt (recalculation on amount of dry matter is made), including — no more than 2,5 mg of sodium, no more than 350 mkg of magnesium, no more than 8 mkg of calcium, no more than 100 mkg of potassium, no more than 30 mkg of hydrocarbonates; as an excipient water for injections is used.

Preservatives are not a part.

Release form

Morenazal spray represents transparent slightly opalescent solution which is issued in the bottles with a nozzle for spraying of 20 ml or 50 ml sealed in cardboard packagings.

Drops Morenazal is issued in the flakonchikakh-droppers of 5 ml or 10 ml sealed in cardboard packagings.

Antiinflammatory action is characteristic of Morenazal.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Morenazal is isotonic sterile solution from the natural sea salt divorced in injekts. to water, contains microelements and natural minerals. Its action is directed to recovery of natural nasal breath which is implemented thanking:

• Maintenance physiologically a normality mucous nasal cavities, fluidifying of slime and normalization of its secretion in scyphoid cells.
• Removal of allergens and disease-producing microbes, excess slime, crust and dust, the most fine particles which litter the nasal courses, complicating breath (it is especially important during the postoperative period as the risk of bleedings decreases).
• Antiinflammatory action of the microelements making drug activates recovery processes for improvement of function of a ciliary epithelium and strengthening of resistance mucous a nose to attack of disease-producing bacteria, viruses that promotes its natural clarification.
• Removal of allergens, haptens, oppression of local inflammatory process (for example, at rhinitis of any origin, including allergic and vasculomotor).
• Reduction of allocations, puffinesses that allows to reduce risk of developing of otitis and to reduce the period of course of respiratory diseases.
• Izotonichny drops and spray Morenazal do not cause bosom pains in comparison with other hypertonic salt solutions for a nose.

Indications to use

For drops nasal

• rhinitis, including acute, vasculomotor and allergic;
• adenoides;
• chronic diseases of various localization: in a nasal cavity, a nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses which can be followed by dryness mucous a nose;
• prevention of infectious processes of a nasal cavity in a cold season or in the conditions of the changed climatic zone, for example, rooms with conditioners and/or a central heating, the contaminated atmospheric air (smoking, a gas contamination from motor transport);
• preparation of a nasal cavity for introduction and the best absorption of other HP;
• washing of wounds, carrying out hygienic procedures of the courses of a nose, including during the postoperative period.

For spray nasal

• symptomatic treatment of acute rhinitis;
• chronic, the acute inflammatory processes happening in a nasal cavity, nasal bosoms and a nasopharynx;
• rhinitis (infectious, allergic and atrophic), rinosinusit, a nasopharyngitis;
• preparation of a nasal cavity for introduction and the best absorption of other HP;
• it is used in pediatrics at adenoides;
• prevention of inflammations of okolonosovy bosoms, for example, antritis, frontal sinusitis or sinusitis;
• washing of wounds, carrying out hygienic procedures of a nose, including during the postoperative and autumn and winter period.

Contraindications

• children's age group: till 1 year (for spray);

Morenazal, application instruction (Way and dosage)

Drug should be used intranazalno, actively irrigating the nasal courses, washing out and clearing nasal cavities.

Daily doses for treatment by nasal drops

• Children till 1 year: on 1–2 drops to dig in in each nasal course no more than 3 times.
• Children of 1-7 years — on two drops to dig in in nasal the course four times.
• Children of 7-16 years — on two drops in nasal the course of 4-6 times.
• For adults the dosage should not exceed 2–3 drops in each nasal course from 4 to 8 times.
• Course of treatment: 2-4 weeks which can be repeated in one month.

Use of nasal drops in the hygienic purposes

Children till 1 year: to dig in 1–2 drops in nasal the course 2–3 times.

For the purpose of a softening and removal of excessive allocations from a nose it is necessary to use necessary quantity of drops, deleting the following liquid from a nose with tampons of cotton wool or kerchiefs. It is possible to repeat procedure repeatedly for full fluidifying and removal of the allocations which accumulated in nasal passes.

Use of spray nasal

Children age from 1 to 2 flyings: put the child, turn the head on one side and inject spray into the nostril located from above. Then seat the child and clear a nose. Carry out procedure with the second nostril. Dosage:

• At treatment: there are enough 1 injection in each nostril 2-4 times a day.
• As hygiene: it is necessary to inject on time into each nostril from 1-2 times a day.

Adults and children of 2 flyings: incline a head on one side and inject drug directly into the nostril located from above wait 2–3 minutes and blow the nose. Repeat procedure with the second nostril. Dosage:

• At treatment: the age group of 2-7 years — is enough 2 injections in each nostril to 4 times a day; an age group of 7-16 years — to six times a day; adults – on 2–3 injections in each nostril of 4-8 times a day.
• As hygiene: an age group of 2-7 years — it is necessary to inject 1-2 times into each nostril from 1 to 3 times a day; an age group of 7-16 years — on 2 times in each nostril of 2-4 times a day; adults – on 2–3 to inject into each nostril of 3-6 times a day.

Overdose

Similar cases were not registered earlier.

Interaction

Due to the lack of system influence on an organism – reactions of medicinal interaction with other HP it was not established.
