Disintoxication, absorbing.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Povidone has ability to form complexes with various toxic substances and it is safe to bring them out of an organism through intestines. Medicine does not damage and does not interact with a mucous membrane of a stomach and intestines, does not possess ability to collect in an organism.

Substance is not exposed to system absorption, is removed with a fecal masses. The effect after reception of powder develops within 15 minutes – half an hour. Under the influence of drug speed decreases and extent of absorption of toxins in blood decreases. Means also slows down absorption of other drugs and useful components of food.
