Structure

One capsule contains 33000 ME solutions of Retinolum of acetate in sunflower oil. Gelatin, yellow quinolinic E-104, the purified water, methylparahydroxybenzoate and glycerin is a part of a cover.

1 milligram of a dragee contains 3300 ME Retinolums of acetate.

Is issued in the form of a concentrate of Retinolum of acetate, solution in oil in ampoules for injections, capsules, granules and a dragee.

Retinolum acetate – what is it? Retinolum acetate (vitamin A) is a fat-soluble vitamin which takes important part in a metabolism. Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

This substance is absorbed in upper parts of a small intestine, the maximum content in plasma is reached in four hours after reception. The greatest concentration is observed in hemadens, fat depos, kidneys, a liver and a retina of an eye.

The elimination half-life of this substance makes nine hours.

Overdose

Interaction

This vitamin cannot be accepted along with other drugs which contain the same vitamin. Simultaneous use with some carotinoids slows down process of a malignancy of an epithelium and improves immunobiological functions of an organism.
