Structure

• Tiotriazolin can be a part of 1 tablet 100 or 200 mg of the active agent of the same name. Additional substances: low-molecular povidone, starch, sucrose, calcium stearate, cellulose.
• 1 ml of solution of drug Tiotriazolin contains 25 mg of the active agent of the same name in ampoules. Additional substances: water.
• Eye drops Tiotriazolin of 1 ml contain 10 mg of the active agent of the same name. Additional substances: water. 1 ml of solution includes about 20 drops.
• One candle includes 200 mg of a tiotriazolin. Additional components: solid fat.

White ploskotsilindrichesky tablets of a round form with a notch.

Pharmacodynamics

The metabolic drug possessing cardiotyre-tread and gepatoprotektorny action. Also shows membranostabiliziruyushchy, antiischemic, anti-anginal, antioxidant activity.

Slows down processes of damage and death of cells of a liver, lowers a fatty infiltration and prevalence of a gepatonekroz, activates liver tissue regeneration, normalizes a carbohydrate, protein, lipidic metabolism in hepatocytes. Accelerates biosynthesis and evacuation of bile, normalizes its structure.

Stimulates anaerobic glycolysis, weakens braking of oxidation during a tricarbonic acid cycle with preservation of reserves of ATP. Slows down oxidation of lipids in ischemic parts of a myocardium, reduces sensitivity of heart to catecholamines, slows down oppression of sokratitelny function, reduces an ischemia zone in myocardium tissues. Improves a hemorheology due to induction of fibrinolitic system.

Antioxidant action is implemented thanks to presence of thiol of sulfur and tertiary nitrogen at a molecule of a tiotriazolin which have oxidation-reduction properties.
