Structure

1 tablet contains 100 or 200 mg of a maleate of a trimebutin and excipients: corn starch, colloid silicon dioxide, lactose, talc, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological action

The myotropic spasmolysant regulating motility of the alimentary system. Active agent influences enkefalinergichesky system of intestines, regulates a peristaltics. Trimebutin makes spasmolytic impact at a hyperkinesia of smooth muscle tissue of digestive tract, and at hypokinetic states stimulates work of intestines.

Medicine strengthens a peristaltics and promotes gastric emptying, reduces pressure upon an esophageal sphincter, works throughout intestines, strengthens response of smooth muscle tissue of large intestine to various food irritants.

At the diseases of a digestive tract connected with motility disturbance trimebutin promotes recovery of physiological activity of intestines.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

After receipt inside the tablet is quickly soaked up in the alimentary system, providing the maximum concentration of active agent in blood in 1-2 hours. The indicator of biological availability makes 4-6%. The insignificant quantity of a medicine gets through a placental barrier.
