Structure

Ursodezoksikholevy acid, corn starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide anhydrous, titanium dioxide gelatin.

Release form

Capsules Ursolizin 150 and Ursolizin of 300 mg in the blister in a cardboard pack No. 20, 100.

Litolitichesky, gipokholesterinemichesky, the cytoprotective and gepatoprotektivny, anti-cholestatic and holeretichesky, immunomodulatory.

Pharmacodynamics

The drug dissolving cholesteric concrements in a gall bladder. Ursodezoksikholiyevy acid which is present at an organism as a part of bile in the form of ksenodezoksikholiyevy or holiyevy acid is its part. Ursolizin promotes process of transformation of bile litogenny in not litogenny that interferes with formation of cholesteric stones and promotes their dissolution. Thereby cholelithiasis symptoms including dyspepsia are eliminated.

Pharmacokinetics

Drug is absorbed in a gastrointestinal tract, mainly at the level of a colonic and ileal gut. After administration of drug Smakh it is reached in 30 minutes. It is metabolized in a liver. Ursodezoksikholevy acid in the form of conjugates with bile and partially – with a stake is removed.

Indications to use

• Treatment of a chronic and acute hepatitis, biliary cirrhosis, dyskinesia of zhelchevyvodyashchy ways, cystous fibrosis of a liver, damages of a liver of a toxic and alcoholic etiology, sclerosing cholangitis, cholestasia, for dissolution of bilious cholesteric stones in the general bilious channel and a gall bladder;
• Prevention of damages of a liver at treatment by cytostatics, antitubercular drugs, long use of hormonal contraceptives.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to drug, obstructive jaundice, diseases of a gall bladder and zhelchevyvodyashchy ways in an acute phase, pregnancy (women). To take with caution the patient with diseases of intestines and pancreas, to patients with frequent hepatic gripes in the anamnesis.

Side effects

Ursodezoksikholiyevy acid in rare instances can make dizziness, sick, vomiting and diarrhea, local allergic reactions, a febricula, a mialgiya, an alopecia, an exacerbation of psoriasis, increase of content of enzymes of a liver.

Ursolizin, application instruction (Way and dosage)

Capsules are recommended to be accepted entirely, washing down with water. It is recommended to accept together with food. Treatment duration by drug and doses is determined by the doctor. On average, at the gastritises which are followed by a bile reflux a dose of drug makes 150-300 mg a day for 14 days.

At chronic hepatitis with a cholestasia and at cirrhosis drug is accepted in a dose at the rate of 10 mg/kg of a body a day. In the presence of concrements with a diameter less than 10 mm administration of drug in a dosage of 300-600 mg/days for 6-12 months is recommended.

Overdose

Ursolizin's use in doses, therapeutic considerably exceeding can promote development of symptoms of intoxication (a headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain in a stomach).

Interaction

Joint administration of drug with Colestyraminum and other HP breaking process of absorption of bile acids in intestines is not recommended. Not to trample down along with the drugs strengthening removal of cholesterol with bile (hypolipidemic and estrogensoderzhashchy drugs).
