Vitamin N (lipoic acid)

Vitamin N (lipoic, thioctic acid) is the vitamin relating to medicines which is the most important coenzyme of some complexes. Vitamin N is good antioxidant.

The biological value of this vitamin is that it is important part of cells of an organism, is capable to increase working capacity, and also is insulinopodobny substance.
