Vitamin N (lipoic acid)

Vitamin N (lipoic, thioctic acid) is the vitamin relating to medicines which is the most important coenzyme of some complexes. Vitamin N is good antioxidant.

The biological value of this vitamin is that it is important part of cells of an organism, is capable to increase working capacity, and also is insulinopodobny substance. But with age the organism makes vitamin N less and less, and it means that he needs to think of saturation of a diet or of the prima in the form of additives.
